Corrigendum: Implementation of a National Monitoring System, Obligation Established by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 7- Digitization, Digitization in the Field of the Environment
The purpose of the procurement procedure is to implement an integrated IT monitoring system, which will involve the following stages:
1. Obtaining all approvals/agreements/authorizations, according to the legal provisions in force, necessary for the implementation of the monit systemvideo orization;
2. Supply of hardware and software products necessary for the implementation of the integrated IT monitoring system.
3. Providing the services of analysis, design, development and testing of the photo comparison program from the SUMAL databases, for the identification of transports of wooden materials and analysis of their traceability.
The IT system will include the following components:
Web portal, accessible on the basis of user and password, with at least the following components
o A background map on which all cameras with orientation from youren.
o Ability to view active cameras and faulty cameras
o Ability to view live feed of a camera
o Ability to view alarms issued by a camera, as well as the ability to view and download video recordings 5 seconds before productionof the event
o The possibility of navigation on the events produced in a certain region, over a certain period of time
o Cluster display on the map of the events produced by the camera in a certain area with the option of play-back
o The possibility of play- back filtered events on a name...
