Multi-lot online community open procedure, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a single economic operator per lot, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 of the code, aimed at awarding the supply of "vacuum venous sampling systemsand tubes for urine collection" advanced for the U.O.C. Drug and Medical Device Policy of the Rieti Local Health Authority. Starting bid amount equal to €223, 946.25 net of VAT. The Framework Agreement is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 CIG: A02027189E, €211, 406.25; Lot 2 CIG: A0202977FA, €12, 540.00. The duration of the framework agreement (excluding any options) is 12 (twelve) months starting from the date of signing the contract and in any case until the maximum amount is reached. The contracting authority reserves the right to renew the contract for an equal durationto 12 months, as well as the right to extend the validity of the Framework Agreement, under the same conditions
