The Project concerns the construction of a two-storey building with a basement at the University of Ioannina, with a total construction area of 4, 921.65 sq.m., which will include research laboratories, office support spaces, supporting rooms for training seminars and research procedures, specialized mechanicalphysical spaces, laboratory equipment, special laboratory equipment, E/M equipment, PV, audio-visual equipment, access control system, auxiliary service areas, sanitary areas.
