Request for proposals are invited for Cost and Benefit Analysis for Sustainable Landscape Investment

Cost-Benefit Comparison:
o Analyze the potential synergies and trade-offs between different components of the integrated approach.
o Assess how combining social forestry (PS), PES, and multipurpose forestry businesses (MUK) in one area can enhance overall outcomes and maximize benefits while minimizing costs and risks.
o Identify opportunities for integrated strategies and interventions that leverage the strengths of each component to achieve synergistic effects.
o Calculate the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), benefit-cost ratio, and other relevant financial metrics for each of the approaches.
o Conduct sensitivity analysis to test the robustness of the results against variations in key parameters; base case assumptions to be agreed with GGGI.
o Consider the risks and uncertainties associated with each approach and their potential impact on the cost-benefit analysis.

E. Reporting and Recommendations:
o Prepare a comprehensive report documenting the findings, methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions of the integrated cost-benefit analysis. Submit Tier 1 results first, then Tier 2.
o Present the results in a clear and accessible format, using tables, charts, and graphs to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
o Provide actionable recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and decision-makers based on the analysis, including potential adjustments to project design, resource allocation strategies, and risk management measures.
