Expression of Interest are invited for Cote d'Ivoire PPP Affordable Housing - E&S Consultant

IFC Advisory Services in Public-Private Partnerships (“IFC Advisory”) was approached by the Ministry of Construction of Cote d'Ivoire (MCLU) for assistance in designing and tendering an affordable housing program under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme in the Grand Abidjan area. IFC Advisory is therefore seeking an E&S consultant to undertake the scope of work detailed in the TOR as part of the Transaction Advisory assignment it provides to MCLU. The legal consultant will be part of the IFC Advisory-s transaction team and will work under IFC Advisory coordination, in collaboration with other IFC-hired consultants for the Project.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250, 000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
