1. Good for one (1) year
2. On time delivery to the 127 Local Councils, 10 Regional Offices and its partner agencies within the Philippines.
3. The service provider must have:
a. a respectable track record in nationwide courier services and must have been in the same business for at
least ten (10) years
b. branches in all cities and major centers in the Philippines
c. an assigned point person that will handle the account and all necessary transaction of the BSP
d. a real time mobile or online document tracking system.
4. Shall provide all the necessary supplies and materials, such as but not limited to pouches, boxes and labeled
packaging tapes.
5. To ensure that the BSP can track the mails/packages while in transit.
6. Automated electronic mail and short messaging services for notification delivered items.
