SCOPE OF WORK In line with campaign objectives and target audience the call for concept note is soliciting for agency for development and implementation of event-based demand generation campaign that will attract more target audience especially men and link them to access COVID-19 vaccine services. In additional we want to promote the adherence of COVID-19 prevention measures. The ideal agency will share concept that shows creativity in reaching target audience and making significant impact over the period of the campaign. The following shall be the key consideration
• Come up with technical and innovative ideas that will change target audience behaviors
to desire, act and take lasting behavior change on vaccine acceptance.
• Work in close collaboration with R/CHMTs to link demand creation with provision of COVID-19 vaccine.
• Build on existing well-established platforms for engaging community members especially men as well as new approaches.
• Demonstrate a wide range of approaches through radio, social media, mini-events and other innovative approaches are welcomed.
• Demonstrate use of wide range of existing established platforms and products to create added value and build on existing brands
• Ensure target audience participation and involvement in planning and execution of the campaign as far as possible
• Provide M&E framework that will inform FHI360 and Ministry of health of the campaign deliverables and results of target audience reached with messages
• Make sure all communication and events management process follow the government guideline
• Costing of campaign activities should be in Tanzania Shillings
