Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic is seeking Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, certified HUBZone Small Businesses, certified 8(a) Businesses and Large Businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Notice, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the best interest of the Government.
General Description
NAVFAC MIDLANT is requesting services for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training and certification needed for workers who use fall protection, enter confined spaces, work with low and high voltage systems and other tasks involving risks potentially leading to cardiac arrest. Training in First Aid is required for workers in areas without ready access to emergency services. The contractor shall provide in-person, on-site training and education for CPR, AED & First Aid training. The contractor shall provide the following classes to NAVFAC MIDLANT employees:
ADULT CPR & AED ADULT CPR, AED & FIRST AIDAlso, the Contractor shall provide a Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule, document and track the above classes and certifications. (See Attached Performance Work Statement)
