The Wood and Metal (BGHM) trade association and the administrative professional cooperative (VBG) jointly develop the standard software NO-VA. Applications as a CRM system for accident insurance institutions. With Nova.applications, the essential business processes of a professional association or an accident fund can be carried out. Nova.applications will be used by around 10, 000 users in their daily tasks by the end of 2026.
The Nova focuses on the following three IT issues and will significantly expand it as its core competencies.
