The subject of the public procurement is the creation of IDZ documentation and project documentation DPP, DGD and PZI, including the environmental impact assessment (EIA), for the construction of the Ajdovščina and Vipava irrigation systems, as follows from the project task, whereby the subject of the public procurement is divided into two parts, namelyr:
-Lot 1: Irrigation system in the area of the municipality of Ajdovščina,
-Lot 2: Irrigation system in the area of the municipality of Vipava.
The order will be submitted as an occasional joint public procurement, whereby the entire public procurement process is not carried out in the name and for the account of the clients included in the joint public procurement, but Lot 1: Irrigation system in the area of the municipality of Ajdovščina, is carried out in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Ajdovščina, while Lot 2: Irrigation system in the area of the municipality of Vipava, will be carried out in the name of and on behalf of the Municipality of Vipava, based on authorization. Each client is thus solely responsible for fulfilling Sthis obligations in accordance with ZJN-3, in relation to those works that are carried out in his name and on his account.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Republic of Slovenia, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food. The operation is performed in approxiru interventions from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 for Slovenia, namely intervention IRP13: "Construction of irrigation systems intended for multiple users", which addresses the need P06: "Increasing productivity, competitiveness and added value in agriculture".
