The subject of the negotiation procedure is the establishment of a unified communication system for the Customer's transmission gas pipelines (hereinafter - the System), which includes, but is not limited to: a) The necessary technical documentation/project (detailed project of the system, project management plan, etc.) (hereinafter - the Documentation)development; b) Supply/development, installation and implementation, testing, commissioning of the necessary equipment and software (hereinafter Goods), development and transfer of executive documentation, training of the Customer's employees, hereinafter all together Works; c) System technical service and guaranteesprovision of obligations (hereinafter - Service); in accordance with the complete Technical Specification, the developed technical project, the Offer submitted by the Applicant, the provisions of the Agreement and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
