Description : Creative Agency to Develop Audio Visual Presentation (AVP) for the POPCOM-s Devolution Transition Plan
1. Develop an Audio-Visual Presentation maximum of five (5) to eight (8) minutes;
2. Provide Voice Over for the AVP about POPCOM DTP
3. Assist in the research and provision of materials needed. Conduct shooting of interviews and other video production shots and support videos
4. Edit and apply text graphics and animation;
5. Revise the AVP as necessary based on comments from POPCOM (up to three (3) edits)
