The Town of Gawler is seeking to establish a panel of suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to assist with the development and production of marketing materials and related services. Selected suppliers will work alongside Council staff to provide high-quality creative services that meet the requirements of the intended audience and are available in a variety of formats.The services required will include the following categories:• Graphic design (strategic plans, annual reports, discussion papers, corporate documents, posters, flyers, brochures, social media images, Council TV screen images, etc.)• Photography and videography (on-location photography and videography services for events and special occasions within the Town of Gawler council area. Includes editing and supply of all images and videos)• Printing services (printing of business cards, brochures, presentation folders, Christmas cards, forms, and assorted stationery items)• Signage (design, manufacture and, on occasion, installation of various styles of banners, corflute signage, metal location and point of interest signage)All services will be requested on an ad-hoc basis and are often required within tight timeframes. Through this request for tender process Council may engage creative services from one or more providers under a three-year service agreement.Suppliers from within the Town of Gawler council area are encouraged to apply.
