Tender Description:

Gulf Air Flight Crews who operate there on a daily basis. A market research was conducted by MNL Airport Manager
and Operations department; and the eligible hotels have been outlined below

Appendix A: Mandatory Requirements
Bidders to confirm all the below:
· A total of twelve (12) rooms are required daily (seven days a week).
This may increase or decrease based on operational requirements. Gulf Air will send the hotel its monthly schedule ahead of time, which will enable the hotel to
make the necessary arrangements and have the required rooms available. In the event of flight cancellation, Gulf Air will notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior.
· The hotel should be a 5 or 4 star hotel.
· Complimentary Transportation (whether provided by hotel or third party)
· Insurance :
a. Third Party Liability, including Products Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage.
b. Motor Insurance: Motor liability insurance for vehicles used to transport Gulf Air crew.
· Hotel should be located in a safe area.
· Complimentary high speed internet.
· Block out curtains in all rooms
· Double­glazed windows for noise control
· Security & safety requirements
· Room facilities (complimentary water, tea & coffee)
· Gym facilities
· Laundry facilities
· Medical Facilities (available/on­call)
