TSSA has a requirement to continue to support and sustain the CRM (Dynamics 365) application and its integrations. To carry out its day-to-day activities, the TSSA uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Dyn365 CRM), which is currently supported by internal resources and full-time contractors. To better support any surge in demand, the TSSA is looking to enhance its capacity of maintenance and support activities related to its Dyn365 applications through outsourcing. The intention of the resulting agreement is for services to support the internal team as required. Currently TSSA has the following in house roles to assist with the CRM support: • CRM Developer • CRM Developer • CRM Solution Architect The services requested in this RFP are for request volumes that exceed the in-house role capabilities and must include the ability to: • Enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM through configuration and customization capabilities. • Augment TSSA-s internal team to scale as may be necessary.
