Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. Tenderer should have Minimum 5 years overall experience in the supply and installation of Electronics items with related services.02. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of at least 2(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3(three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25, 00, 000/- (Tk. Twenty Five Lakh Only) in Government/semi-Government/Autonomous/any others Local/Multinational organizations i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.03. The Tenderer shall submit valid Manufacturer Authorization letter/authorized distributor certificate for major offered items.04. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 32, 00, 000/- (Tk. Thirty Two Lakh Only).05. Updated Trade License, TIN Certificate & VAT Certificate.06. Income TAx certificate of the last assessment year (Update).07. Annual Turnover of last 3 (Three) years is BDT 90, 00, 000/- (Ninety Lakh) Only.08. Tenderer should have Incorporation certificate in case of Private Ltd company.09. Product Brochures.10. The Tenderer must ensure support services during 01 (One) year warranty period for major items.
