Description : The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) is seeking a Contractor to provide Pension Plan Services. The California State Athletic Commission is authorized to regulate amateur and professional boxing, kickboxing and martial arts under the Boxing Act. The purpose of this IFB is to seek bids from qualified firms and select an Investment Services Provider (ISP) to perform the following services: 1)Advise the CSAC on the proper investment of the Plan assets (including asset allocation).2)Manage the assets of the Plan.3)Monitor investment performance of the Plan assets. 4)Advise and report to the CSAC regarding the performance, return, and investment of the Plan assets.
