Description
The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for a custom shipping container project located in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Site preparation to excavate and grade area to prep for shipping container placement, providing a custom shipping container with two cut openings where access doors shall be installed, construct a partition wall on the inside of the container that is framed and sheetrocked, installation of shelving on the new partition wall, installation of a stainless steel sink against the new partition wall, providing plumbing for water access to the sink, and providing electric for interior lighting.
The contract duration is 45 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 332439, with a size standard of 600 employees. The magnitude of construction is between $25, 000 and $100, 000.
The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 25 July 2024. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 07 August 2024, 10:00AM local time, location will be in the solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference.
