EfficiencyOne is an independent, non-profit organization, that operates/administers the “Efficiency Nova Scotia” franchise. EfficiencyOne will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to source a qualified firm to deliver a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to analyse data and trends that will enable EfficiencyOne to streamline the process for determining which energy efficiency messaging should be directed at specific customers, using data-driven decisions that uses a complete data toolkit. A CDP refers to an integrated software solution that aggregates and organizes all of a company-s customer data in one centralized location, where individual customer profiles are stored and accessible to all other tools, systems, and marketing efforts. In preparation for the RFP, EfficiencyOne is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC)/Request for Information (RFI) to obtain feedback from interested companies with experience in providing the following types of services:
