The customer dialogue and quality management specialist group of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein Ruhr AoeR is planning to purchase a new customer dialogue system. This should network existing customer dialogue channels and be expandable with regard to further digital development. The goal of the VRR customer dialogue is Qto continuously develop the quality of communication offerings and information processing over the next few years and to be able to systematically analyze and anticipate customer needs. The digital networking of existing dialogue channels and the expansion of the digital offering for local transportSexual customers are in the foreground. This specifically includes the development of a new, digital customer dialogue system, which will ensure the long-term networking of existing channels such as email, contact form, Facebook, Instagram and also customer feedback, as well as the integration of new, digital onesr communication channels optionally enabled.
