The Town of Okotoks (“the Town”) is intending to award the following contract to Darkhorse Emergency Corp. It is the intent of the Town to complete this purchase for the following reason(s):
Research from Town administration has found no comparable system or known suppliers in Canada that provide an equivalent solution that can accommodate the bespoke predictive modelling.
Scope:
Darkhorse provides services to emergency responders which includes cleaning data and building a bespoke predictive model, based on a municipality-s own data and future needs. Darkhorse Emergency Corp. are a specialist provider with a recognised background in data analytics and modeling that supports predictive decision-making, helping leadership teams make decisions about future public safety issues.
