THE UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the provision of:Long Term Arrangement for Service (LTAS) for the provision of Data Analytics, Dashboard, Reporting & Insights, Conversion Rate Optimization & Web Personalization, Advance Analytics, Data Science, Google Cloud & Big Query, and Google Marketing PlatformThe purpose of this Request for Proposal for Services is to seek proposals from qualified vendors to establish LTAS for the provision of the services detailed in the attached terms of reference, to maximize digital fundraising revenues through regular review of the web data (Google Analytics 360 and Google Analytic properties) and other data sources as well as migration usage of Google Big Query for audience activation and advanced analytic use case enablement.The LTAS shall be valid for up to 3 years starting Q3 2024, with potential extension of another 4 years with 2 years for each duration at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs. The LTAS shall be a mutual agreement between UNICEFand the vendor(s) to provide the required services at agreed fees over a period of time.
