SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The objective of this request for proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified vendor to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for data collection and engagement. The ideal solution will enable CBC /Radio-Canada teams to create and publish viral experiences across websites, mobile apps, and social media. These experiences should be designed to collect data, engage and nurture leads, and ultimately drive customer loyalty.Specific objectives include:• Boost engagement and interaction: The solution should offer a wide range of engaging and interactive formats, such as quizzes, polls, contests, and gamified experiences.
