The Data Services 2.0 project aims to develop a Kubernetes-based self-service software-as-a-service platform with a number of services from the component groups of geodata services, research data management services (FDM services) and big data services. These are servicespredominantly around established open source services. The platform is intended to allow developers to create, configure, scale and monitor instances of these services using Kubernetes Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).
