Description : INVITATION TO BID for LIBUGANON RIS

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI, through the GAA fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of P 29, 943, 797.12 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LIBUGANON RIS, DDN LMC 2024-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration - Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI now invites bids for EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE DAMAGES CAUSE BY HEAVY FLOODING EMBANKMENT, CONSTRUCTION, AND COMPACTION OF ANIBUNGAN CREEK (STA. 1+597 TO STA. 4+098) - LIBUGANON RIS, Completion of the Work required 300 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
