Amendment 1 is to update the acquisition to total small business set-aside.

The contract is to supply the Dredge Goetz-s 779, 774, and Storage barge with six (6) new 40-ton deck winches (2 winches per barge). The 770, 774, and storage barge need new deck winches due to the unsafe working condition of current winches.
