FOR THE DIADI EMERGENCY HOSPITAL (DEH)
1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Upright Freezer for the Diadi Emergency Hospital (DEH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [2 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
