Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of items from group 032 vegetables and fruits and group 153 pickled vegetables to the Prison in Herby. Common Order Dictionary (CPV): Group 032 vegetables and fruits Group 153 pickled vegetables2. Type of items and estimated demandis presented in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The quantity of goods delivered may be reduced by 30%. The contractor is entitled to remuneration only for the quantity of goods actually delivered. 3. At the same time, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to ensure that the delivered food products which are the subject ofof this order, the method of their packaging, as well as the type of collective packaging used resulted in a reduction of the Ordering Party's costs of storage, preparation and distribution of the delivered items and dishes made from them, as well as the costs of removal and disposal of the resulting waste.4.
