Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is: delivery of 3 factory new passenger cars, adapted for the transport of disabled people, with:

1) a brand is considered to be factory manufactured in 2023 or 2024 and not yet exploited so far;

2) offered cars must be:

a) to beequal in terms of brand,

b) have factory new equipment,

c) to be in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annexes 7 and 8 to this SWZ (Annex 7: Vehicle description, Annex 8: Description of video monitoring),

d) be provided with the approval certificate and the approval certificate andall required provisions (in particular the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law /Journal ofSie, under pain of rejecting the offer, so that the contractor ensures:

a) minimum 24 -month warranty, without a kilometer limit, for the entire vehicle (excluding body elements), counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the vehicle,

b) minimum 96 month warrantysigning the acceptance report of a given vehicle,

c) minimum 24 -month warranty on the monitoring system offered in the vehicle;

d) mechanical and electrical service as part of warranty repairs, with the proviso that the website should be not more than 25 km from the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Łodź, ul....
