Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of unleaded gasoline 98 PN-EN 228 for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Społka z o.o. in Koszalin in the amount of 40 m³ / duration of the Agreement.

The supplied 98 gasoline must meet the requirements of currently applicable Polish Standards, i.e. PN-EN 228 and quality requirementse for motor gasolines specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, consolidated text). The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied fuels cannot be worse than those specified in the annexes to the above-mentioned regulationof the Regulation.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to:

1) deliver the subject of the order at its own expense to MZK Społka z o.o. gas stations. in Koszalin, at

ul. Gnieźnieńska

2) delivered the subject of the order in road tankers, equipped with legalized meters and hoses ensuringmethization when pouring fuel;

3) made deliveries successively, based on the order placed by the Ordering Party, within 2 days from the date of placing the order.

4) The Contractor is obliged to attach a quality certificate (laboratory certificate) of the delivered fuel to each deliverya.

Deadline for order execution:

The contract will be valid from the date of conclusion until the limit is exhausted, but no longer than until June 30, 2024.
