[1] The subject of the order is the supply of various types of chemical products.

[2] The order was divided into 11 parts:

Part 1 General construction chemicals for JW. 1158 Łask;

Part 2 Sanitary chemicals for JW.

Part 3 − Environmental protection chemicals;

Cpart 4 Airport chemical products for JW. 1158 Łask;

Part 5 General construction chemicals for JW. 1551 Sieradz;

Part 6 Sanitary chemicals for JW. 1551 Sieradz;

Part 7 Paints for ZZLT;

Part 8 Aerosols and anti-corrosion products for ZZLT;

Part 9 Various chemical productsne for ZZLT;

Part 10 Chemicals for the operation of ICT equipment;

Part 11 Automotive chemicals.

[3] The contractor may submit an offer for all or selected parts of the procedure. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, provided that the offer must cover:include the delivery of all assortment items as part of the selected task. An offer that does not include a complete valuation of the product range specified in the selected part will be rejected.

[1] A detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e. quality parameters, functional features and other requirements) is includedAnnex No. 6a to SWZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained in the "Description of the subject of the order".
