The offer includes the delivery of company-oriented courses for unemployment benefit recipients/job-ready cash assistance recipients with a higher education. The company-oriented course must be targeted and intensive in relation to supporting the candidate's path to getting into permanent, regular employment as soon as possibleenthusiasm. The aim is for the candidate to gain concrete labor market experience via solving a business case, networking etc. The course must therefore include guidance and upskilling cf. § 91 of the Act on active employment efforts, which must be combined with a company internship according to the Act on active employmentelsesindsats kap. 11.
