1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 7 point 26 of the Public Procurement Law, between the Ordering Party and the Contractors selected in this procedure.
2. The landlord allows partial offers:
- part 1 - desktop computers in the PC1 configuration and/or terminals,
- part 2 - part 2 -Notebooks in the NB1 and/or NB2 and/or NB3 configuration. devices:
- part 1 - desktop computers in PC1 configuration (set:Central unit with a license to the operating system as well as keyboard, mouse, USB headphones and monitor) and/or computer terminals (set: with a license for the operating system and keyboard, mouse, USB headphones and monitor)
in the number of 24, 000 devices estimated by the contracting authority;
- part2 - Notebooks in NB1 configuration (set: with a license for the operating system and keyboard, mouse, USB headphones) and/or NB2 (set: with a license for the operating system and keyboard, mouse, USB headphones, docking station and monitor) and/or NB3 (set: with a license for operating system and keyThe mouse, headphones, docking station and monitor) in the total estimated by the Employer of 1, 000 devices.
