The subject of the order is the purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles (including trucks with a GVW above 3.5 t) and devices of MPGK Sp. z o. o. at the Contractor's station, the assortment includes: diesel oil and Pb 95 lead-free gasoline, in estimated quantities:

a) diesel oil - 221, 500 dm3;

b) lead-free ethylene Pb 95 11, 800 dm3,

in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of October 23, 2015, item 1680, as amended) and Polish standards. The fuel is to be sold at the prices applicable on the day of refueling (size changesienna), determined on the basis of the price announcement published on the official website of PKN Orlen, reduced/increased by a fixed discount/margin valid throughout the entire contract period. The contractor is to guarantee that a constant discount/margin on diesel oil and unleaded petrol will be maintained throughout the periods execution of the order (providing a discount/margin is not an obligation).

The Contractor will enable 24-hour (7 days a week) refueling at a gas station/gas stations in the city of Mielec and possibly at stations throughout the country, and will also enable cashless settlement of purchases pileiwa (the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to have at least 1 gas station in the city of Mielec).
