The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify a qualified logistics provider (the “Proponent”) who can deliver efficient, secure, and timely transportation and distribution services for Register to Vote (RTV) materials and IT equipment across Ontario. These materials and equipment will be delivered to 124 Electoral Districts (EDs), the service requirements are needed between January 2025 and August 2027.The Proponent will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, which includes timely delivery, security, contingency planning, real-time tracking, handling of sensitive materials, logistical coordination, and advanced tracking and reporting.
