1. The subject of the order is the delivery of custom-made furniture, steel furniture, photo wallpapers, baby care stations, baby heaters, upholstered furniture, magnetic boards, feeding pillows, wall ladders for the University Gynecology and Obstetrics ClinicClinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow.
2. A detailed description of the objects of the order, the number of deliveries and requirements are included in the Price and Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to the ToR) and in the Description of the object of the order - a list of required parameters (Appendix No. 2 to the ToR) andin Visualization of rooms (floor plans) (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ) being an integral part of SWZ.
3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the items of the order in the quantities specified in the Price and Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to the ToR), which is an integral part of the ToR.
