1. The subject of the order is "Delivery of hospital beds, treatment tables, operating and treatment lamps, dressing trolleys, blood collection chairs, a cup removal kit, a disinfectant washer". The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and supplies in connection with the implementationof the investment project entitled: "Reconstruction of building No. 2 of the Małopolski Szpital Ortopedyczno-Rehabilitacyjny im. Prof. Bogusław Frańczuk in order to adapt to the currently applicable fire regulations and adapt the rooms of the existing operating block, centralsterilization and the anesthesiology and intensive care ward for patient rooms. Stage II - reconstruction of the remaining part of building No. 2, excluding the staircase, along with all internal installations and the reach - fire road, location of ice water units, power connectionand chilled water". The contract is awarded in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act", in the form of an open tender. 2. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to inand in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7/8 of the Public Procurement Law. 3.
