"Delivery, installation and dismantling of lighting fixtures, lighting fixtures with RES, control system, panels and consoles, part of the system for outdoor artificial lighting in the municipality of Montana under the project: "Energy-efficient street lighting systems in the city of Montana"
The main goal is to increase energy efficiency, chreh technological renewal and modernization of the external artificial lighting system and to improve the living conditions of the population.
Specific objectives:
1. Reduction of energy consumption by introducing energy-efficient external artificial lighting;
2. Improving the living conditions of the populationthe strengthening of bilateral relations between the donor countries and the beneficiary countries.
Horizontal principles:
-Respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to maminorities - during the implementation of the project, no restrictions will be imposed on the team for the implementation of the project activities, as well as on the selected contractors or on the interested parties, restrictions regarding both their race, ethnicity and/or personal beliefs, and regarding gender, religiousor political beliefs;
-Good governance - participation and inclusion of all stakeholders in the various phases of development and implementation of the project;
