1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a laboratory screen (shaker) for determining the grain composition of sediments, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk, Department of Marine Geology, Institute of Oceanography, al. Piłsudskiego 46, Gdynia, room 217.
5.ZamThe client requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months, but the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the provisions of Chapter xVI of the SWZ. The warranty period is one of the tender evaluation criteria. Details regarding the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the Draft Agreement - Annex 4 toSWZ.
