Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a legal information system, legal tests, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the system or the subject of the contract. 2) The scope of the order includes: a) granting the Ordering Party a license to use the system in the period 01.01. .04/2024 31/03/2025;b) providing a quality guarantee for the delivered Subject of Sale;c) access to the system for 3, 750 individual workstations, access for one user, identified by login and password;d) ensuring the possibility of using the system using one of the standard applications zineintegrated with operating systems with active support from the Windows and Mac OS families (the architecture of the offered application may not require the administrator or system user to install additional data search software), - typically the Edge browser in the latest versionch versions dedicated by Microsoft and the latest versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers; e) carrying out, during the license period (at the written request of the Ordering Party), min. one training - instruction in the use of the System, for a minimum of 25 users; The ordering party will be informed...
