1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of stationary and mobile measuring and research equipment for radiographic examinations.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in the appendices to the ToR,
i.e. in the Description of the Subject of the Order (respectively for parts 1 and 2 of the order) and in Pthe draft provisions of the Agreement.
3. The parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order should be treated as the minimum, required parameters of the offered equipment. The Ordering Party allows offering equipment with better parameters than requested.
