4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of measuring equipment in the PL-5G project: spectrum analyzer. 257 uof the Public Procurement Law, if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract were not granted to it or pursuant to Art. 256 of the Public Procurement Law, if there were circumstances causing that further conduct of the proceedings in question is unjustified.
