The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of membrane gas meters with a mechanical counter and ensuring the availability of spare parts and their supply on the basis of framework contracts concluded with the selected supplier or suppliers in the quantity, specification and under the conditions specified in more detail in the tender documentsand their attachments. The public contract is divided into two parts, and for each part of the public contract one framework contract will be concluded with one selected supplier. Part 1 Public contracts - domesticmembrane gas meters

The subject of the fulfillment of the mentioned part of the public contract is the supply of home membrane gas meters specified in particular in Article 2.1.4 letter a) procurement documentation, part A, Instructions of the Contracting Authority and ensuring the availability of spare parts for these membrane gas meters and their deliveries after strenewed time.
