The subject of the procedure is the procurement of OCR systems for various port locations of Duisburger Hafen AG for recording train and truck passages, as well as loading units on gantry cranes.
The procurement of the OCR systems is to be awarded in 3 separate lots at a fixed pricen:
- Lot 1 (OCR system "rail") includes an OCR system for recording train passages;
- Lot 2 (OCR system "ship") includes the OCR system for recording loading units on various gantry cranes;
- Lot 3 (road OCR system) includes a roadside OCR system for the Erlorry passages.
The entire hardware and software solution must become the property of the AG. Cloud or subscription solutions (SaaS) are not possible.
