The scope of delivery includes: 1) Delivery of polyelectrolyte in powder form for dewatering excess sludge on a MAREx screw-and-disk press - in an estimated amount of approximately 5, 500 kg/year in 2024., The polyelectrolyte working solution is preparedin an automatic polyelectrolyte preparation station., Dewatered sludge is sludge thickened in gravity thickeners from a biological wastewater treatment plant with an increased degree of nutrients removal (MUCT wastewater treatment technology) with a content of approx. 3-4% DM., Expected degree of sludge dewatering pabout the press to the content of min. 16% DM, The delivered polyelectrolyte must have a quality control certificate and a product safety data sheet, in accordance with applicable regulations, delivered with the delivery. The product used so far and meeting all the requirements of the Ordering Party is SUPERFLOC 8298.
