Delivery of price-controlled textbooks for the school years 2024/25 to 2027/28 to municipal general education schools. The quantity and scope can be found in the order lists provided by the schools after the order has been placed.Each lot has a value of more than 50, 000 € per school year (200, 000 € for 4 school years).
It is intended that after checking and evaluating the offers, the contract will be awarded using the lottery process if there is a match. The draw takes place behind closed doors to the publicestelle of the city of Neuss by an employee of the contracting authority under the supervision of two other employees, one each from the contracting authority and one from the legal office. The lottery process is carried out as follows: The names of the bidders are written down individually on a strip of paper and folded into an undurclear capsule inserted. The capsules are mixed in a container. A capsule is then drawn and assigned to the first lot. The drawing for the second to seventh tickets will take place in the manner mentioned above.
