2. Name of the item according to the Common Procurement Dictionary: 33190000.8 - various medical devices and products, 39112000.0 - chairs.

3. Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party and quantities, is included inAnnex No. 1 to SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No. 5 to SWZ - Draft contract. By completing the items indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

4. The offered items of the order must be complete and of a high standard, botho in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.

5.The offered items of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.

6.In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Order isreferences to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
