1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery to the Ordering Party's organizational units: a. In Part 1 - photocopier, b. In Part 2 - paper compilation paper, in target quantities and in accordance with the technical descriptions indicated for a given part, respectively in Annex 2 and 2a to the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ. 2. The order of the contract should be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annexes 2, 2A to the draft contract (Annex 6 to SWZ). 3. The applicant reserves that it guarantees the purchase of 70% of the target amount of each assortment specified in Annex 2 (Part 1) and 2a to the contract (Part 2) on the basis of partial orders, in accordance with § 3 of the draft contract. The remaining 30% of the target amount or part of them may be ordered depending on the needs of the contracting authority (options law). In the event that the Employer decides to exercise the right of options, he will inform the Contractor about this by e-mail no later than 2 weeks before the deadline for the contract, submitting a statement in this respect.
