Tenders are invited for Invitation of Bids for Demolition of Old Buildings and Residual Parts Located on the Kurunduwatta Land at Ekala, Ja-Ela.

Bids should be submitted using the given format. The sealed envelope containing the Bid should be
clearly marked the “Demolition of Old Buildings and Residual Parts Located on the
Kurunduwatta Land at Ekala, Ja-Ela” at the top left-hand comer and addressed to the Chairman,
Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor,
Sethsiripaya Stage I, Battaramulla.

The sealed Bid should be delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee
(Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage 1,
Battaramulla by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box on or before 11.00 a.m. on 08lh
October 2024. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives
