PRE-QUALIFICATION
1. Evidence of valid licences, permits and statutory requirements provided as listed;
a. Registration with Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA)
b. Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) permit with dredging as service category.
c. CAC document: Certificate of Incorporation and CAC Status Report.
2. Compliance with NCDMB requirements
3. Valid Insurance policies:
a. Employers Liability (Workman-s Compensation).
b. Public (Third Party) Liability.
4. Evidence of ownership of vessel or availability of MOU with vessel owner. (MOU must show as a minimum duration of partnership and specific vessel, jointly signed by managing Directors or Senior Management of both companies.
5. Tenderer must not be undergoing any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings or seeking to appoint a trustee, receiver, or liquidator of any substantial party of its assets; evidence of sworn affidavit.

7. Minimum equipment requirement - suitable cutter suction dredger (CSD) for soil removal of the proposed area and closed proximity of jetty piers or approved equal with below

c. Draft: 1.50m-3.00m
d. Suction pipe diameter: 550mm-750mm
e. Discharge pipe diameter: 500mm-700mm
f. Maximum dredging depth: 15.0m
g. Cutter power: 150kw-1000kw
h. Discharge pump power: 7000kW-2000kW
i. Evidence of equipment availability for immediate inspection and deployment.
Compliance with Nigerian Content (NOGICD ACT 2010)
The Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010 supports and details expected Nigerian Content deliverables within contracts in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.
NLNG is committed to the development of the Nigerian Oil and Gas business in the compliance with the NOGICD Act 2010 for Nigerian Content Development.
Interested Companies shall comply with the Provisions of the NOGICD Act that relate to the scope mentioned in Section 2 and, in particular, comply with the minimum Nigerian Content target for the scope which are covered in the Act.
Failure to comply with the NOGICD Act or demonstrate commitment to the Nigerian Content Development Policy of the Nigerian Government shall result in disqualification from bidding for this contract.
